Ever since The Witch Queen, I’ve heard rumors about the sixth and last red subclass in fate 2, but now that we are closing in on The Last Shape, the last expansion of the Light and Dark Saga, a recent leak proving that we will find the red subclass in Destiny 2 The Last Shape. A very playable new spawn has revealed the red subclass in Destiny 2, so let’s dive into it.

Destiny 2 Red Subclass Jump
According to Profane Gaming on YouTube, a now-removed Reddit post showed a video of Warlock entering the HELM in Destiny 2 and, in the bottom left corner of the screen where you see your guns, abilities and super, you can clearly see. red line under the melee ability paired with never-before-seen Super and grenade symbols.
As you probably know, a colored line appears under your melee if you have multiple charges on that melee. For example, Strand Warlocks have up to two green lines under their melee to indicate that you are using a Strand and have more melee charges. The red line under the melee is concrete confirmation that it is the Guardian is using the new red Subclass in this video.
What we clearly see here is the new red subclass that has been rumored in Destiny 2 for some time. We finally have visual proof the red underclass is coming! But, will we be introduced to the red subclass in Destiny 2 The Final Shape?
Is The Red Underclass Coming In Poem 2 The Last Shape?
While we know that the red subclass exists and is coming to Destiny 2 soon, will we be able to use it in Destiny 2 The Final Form? Since The Final Shape is the last expansion in the Destiny 2 Light and Dark Saga, I think there’s a very good chance we’ll get the red subclass in The Final Shape.
While Bungie tends to space out their subclasses between expansions, as seen in Beyond Light giving us Stasis, Queen of Witches not introducing a new subclass, and Lightfall giving us Strand, Final Shape must introduce the red subclass since Destiny 2’s story is ending with that expansionso there is no further expansion to drop the red subclass into.
Whether we get Destiny 3 after The Final Shape remains to be determined, but if you’re a betting man, you’d be wise place your chips on the red subclass coming out in the Final Shape. The only way to know for sure is to watch The Final Shape show.
