Dr. helped.  Laine Taylor, medical director at the Village for Families & Children in Hartford, to design one of four urgent care centers around the state for children in mental health crisis.  The center, complete with bean bags and wheelchairs, is expected to open in July and is next to the state's only residential sub-crisis unit for children.
